AVOIDING JET LAG ON YOUR TRAVEL TIME

Jet lag is an inconvenient condition that is happened to our body if we go to the other in the different time zone. For example, if we going from U.S.A to Indonesia, then there will be differences in the time around 12 hours. It means that 10 A.M here is 10 P.M at there. So, it will be early morning in the Jakarta when our biological said it is time to go bed. For many people, it’s really annoying because it will bother on their next day’s activities. Here are many tips to avoiding Jet Lag on your traveling.

Get some good exercises for few days before you traveling, and get some good rest on the night and reduce drinking alcoholic fluids. This will keep up your healthy and make you have more stamina; Drink more fresh water, we know that the dry air in the aircraft can causes dehydrations. On the plane, try to have a really good rest. If you are planning to arrive in the morning, then you should have a sleep along the ways. But if you will be arrived in the night, don’t sleep.. Try to do something to keep you awake.
